Beginning meditation.
So many people would like to calm their lives and free themselves, for a short time, from stress and thoughts that might press on them, but never usually take a moment to think that it is free and it is there before them. Whatever way you might be looking at it and your reading this, then you are at least half interested in sitting quietly and gathering youerself together before bounding into the fray again.
Here, I have made five short lessons in audio to help the student or casual passer-by to give meditation a go. I have designed it to be quietly simple with no big effort needed. My point is that you can use these easy lessons as a platfor to whwerever you wish to go. My hope is that you will carry on with them as a means to develop spiritually and even get in touch with your spirit guides and teachers. Whatever way you wish to look at it, dont be pious and stuffy about the fact that it takes time and that you simply dont have the stillness in you to try, it is this very thing that should stop you and allow you to at least give it some thought.
Please use the audio lessons below as a starting line for your path, no matter how short a time you feel you wish to stay with it. As a starter efore you click on any of the lessons, please sit yourself in a quiet place with your feet on the ground and you feel comfortable. Wear looser cloth9ng if possible. This will become obvious when you befgion because as you tune out, anty discomfort cam come into the fore and you will notice it. But then again, this is a lesson for you as everything should be. If you feel you have failed, please give yourself a moment and when ready, try again. Its better to fail and learn than to travel through life avoiding everything you feel harmful. That is indeed a life wasted in the spiritual sense.
